roasted duck, spiced butternut squash, balsamic roasted green beans, apple cider reduction

salisbury steak au jus, roasted mushrooms, leeks, & tomatoes, mashed potatoes & rutabagas

west african peanut beef with couscous & carrot coriander salad

salmon filet, seasonal vegetables, roasted potatoes, caper tomato relish

desserts-
choice of pumpkin custard, dutch apple cake, banana flan, melon sorbet, or chocolate covered strawberries
