dinner menu 10/26/11

vegetable barley or creamy chicken & mushroom soup
house salad with choice of dressing

hanger steak with cajun spiced penne pasta with onions & red peppers

grilled teriyaki chicken with butternut squash & sauteed greens

trout filet stuffed with salmon & couscous, with green beans

cold asian peanut sesame noodles with tofu, red pepper & scallions

desserts- banana flan, oatmeal coconut cookies, melon sorbet, or dutch apple cake
